Here we are, my first 20 day update. So far, I’m feeling great! The first few days were rough. I was traveling and didn’t eat my normal Paleo diet, so jumping into a Whole100 was not easy. It was like my body was detoxing; I was in a bad mood, I had a strange headache, and my immune system was shutting down before I had even started day 1. I was even craving foods I don’t normally eat.
