I’m Priscilla, welcome to my blog! I am a Middle Eastern wife and mama living in the United States who loves to cook and feed my family whole, healthy meals. I come from a long line of chefs, cooks and people who love to cook and be in the kitchen. I learned many of my cooking techniques from them; basically it’s in my DNA. I make Paleo, Whole30 compliant cuisine, with a Middle Eastern twist. Many people believe that these two are incompatible, but they’re wrong. In my blog, I will teach you how to eat the foods you love, specifically the Middle Eastern foods you love, while keeping it Paleo and/or Whole30 friendly.
